The products used is raw pasteurized milk (75oC / 30 s) stored in storage tank with the possibility of using milk from milk powder.

 

This procedures includes the following:

 

1-Presterilizer line with all necessary accessories .

 

2- Bottling line consisting of 3 Blow molding machines with all accessories.

 

3- One storage for empty bottles

 

4- One unscrambler

 

5 - One Filling line with an aluminum cap production press

 

6-      Continuous horizontal sterilizer

 

7-      Downstream line consisting of:

·         Capping station for prethreaded screw caps

·         Check level controller

·         Rotary labeling machine

·         Packaging machine with thermo shrinking film

·         Handling applicator

8-      Various conveyors to connect the above mentioned equipment
